Lemon Balm Salad Dressing


¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tbs vinegar of choice

1 tsp garlic paste/ minced garlic

salt and black pepper

8 large fresh lemon balm leaves


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small blender until emulsified. You can wisk as good alternative if you do not have a blender.
  2. Store in the fridge.
