Our highlight was the Dosakai Lemon Cucumbers from Fresno BIPOC on the bottom left filled with fibre, Vitamin C, E, K, potassium and magnesium. We got intimate with the flowers at Richmond high! We learned about their anatomy & drew them. Students also got to strain their herbal infusions and gave their oils unique names. One student named their oil after Diana. Stay tuned for the final week’s update!
