Spring Fling: Welcoming the Season Together at the Farm

Spring Fling 2025 was a true welcome to spring. Neighbors, families, seniors, and kids gathered at North Richmond Farm to spend a sunny afternoon laughing, moving, and simply enjoying being together. The farm was full of life as music played, people danced, and friends old and new connected across generations.

The art table stayed busy with spring-themed crafts and painting, while the game area brought everyone together in different ways. Seniors settled into card games, families leaned over board games, and others jumped into cornhole and table tennis. One of the biggest highlights for kids was the chicken coop, where they eagerly fed the chickens and watched their playful behavior with endless curiosity and delight.

As the afternoon wound down, everyone gathered to share a warm bowl of soup made by Daniela, breaking bread and lingering in conversation. Supported by a caring and dependable staff team, Spring Fling was a gentle, joyful reminder of what the farm is all about: community, care, and creating space to celebrate the seasons together.
