Ingredients
1 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
pinch of sea salt
ground pepper, to taste
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil into a blender. Blend until smooth and slowly add in the olive oil, with the blender on a low setting.
If don’t have a blender you can easily make it by whisking all the ingredients together. Just make sure you mince your garlic very fine.
