Harvesting, Seed Saving, Pesto Making, and Tomato Trellising…

This past week at the Urban Agriculture Summer School Course at Richmond High School has been full of harvesting, seed saving, pesto making, and tomato trellising! We are teaching students about the health benefits of powerful herbs like chamomile, and lemon verbena and how plant allies from the “Farmacy” can be homegrown solutions used to heal and care for ourselves and our communities! Oh and our summer squash is poppin’ off! ??
