The garlic is finally out! The crew harvested 2 full beds of garlic and going through the drying phase as they are placed in a cool shaded area covered to let them dry so we can distribute them to our CSA members and community. Our flowers keep shining and blooming already attracting beautiful butterflies and many pollinators We also got an amazing cooking demo by Martha who taught us how to make delicious vegetarian pupusas made with chard, collards, and love.
