Project Description

CHDC will transform four single-family home parcels and the Las Deltas main campus through a phased five-year development that will create 238 new housing units. The project includes affordable homes for purchase by low- to moderate-income families, a dedicated senior housing community, climate-resilient design features, and new community amenities such as recreation areas and open space.
