Project Description

Rich City Rides proposes an Electric Bicycle Lending Library in North Richmond that expands access to clean, affordable transportation while serving as a hub for a Volunteer, Training, and Maintenance (VTM) program. This community-driven initiative promotes environmental stewardship, builds local skills, and ensures the long-term sustainability of the e-bike fleet through hands-on engagement and shared responsibility.
