Project Description

The North Richmond Eco Village proposes a mix of small cottage homes for seniors and single residents alongside three-bedroom duplexes designed for larger families. Located near Verde Elementary’s Safe Routes to School corridor and Wildcat Creek, the development would provide affordable, climate-resilient housing for low- to moderate-income residents.

Designed with solar power, energy-efficient features, and shared green space, the Eco Village aims to support long-term community stability while reducing environmental impact. The project would operate under a land trust model to preserve long-term affordability and help prevent displacement in North Richmond.
