This project focuses on repainting houses in North Richmond impacted by refinery soot. By addressing exterior surface contamination and restoring visual appeal, the initiative aims to improve residents’ quality of life, promote environmental justice, and foster community pride. The project includes surface cleaning, application of high-quality, soot-resistant paints, and community engagement to ensure sustainable results.
