2 teaspoons olive oil / 2 cucharadas de aceite oliva
2 teaspoons unsalted butter / 2 cucharadas mantequilla si sal
Sugar Snap Peas
1 teaspoon coarse salt / 1 cucharada de sal
1/2 teaspoon black pepper / Media cucharada de pimienta
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne (optional) / un ocho de pimenton (opcional)

- Heat oil and butter together in a large pan over medium-high heat. When butter is melted, add the snap peas, tossing them around in the pan to coat in the oil/butter mixture. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne and sauté for until the snap peas are crisp. About 4-5 minutes
- Transfer to a serving bowl, season with extra salt and pepper.
