A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Fall Seed Saving event at North Richmond Farm! It was an incredible day filled with hands-on learning, community connection, and a shared passion for gardening. Together, we processed a variety of seeds from beautiful flowers, hearty beans, aromatic herbs, and, of course, some delicious vegetables.
It’s always inspiring to see so many local gardeners come together to preserve and share seeds that are well-suited to our region. By saving and exchanging seeds, we’re not just growing plants, we’re growing a community of gardeners who are helping to cultivate a more sustainable and resilient local food system. We can’t wait to see how these locally adapted seeds will flourish in everyone’s gardens come spring!
