FREE Farm Stands

The Free Farm Stands exists to bridge the gap in access to healthy, organic food by providing free, pesticide-free produce and plant transplants to North Richmond residents. We aim to inspire our community to embrace affordable, delicious, and nutritious eating while championing the belief that organic food should be a right, not a privilege

The FREE Farm Stand has 5 locations throughout Richmond. We focus on neighborhoods that don’t have easy access to healthy food due to transportation or location. Free organic produce is provided to our community to encourage and teach them the importance of healthy eating specially produce that is organic and pesticide free. We also distribute plants that they can plant at home where we encourage them to start growing their own veggies – because nothing is better than a veggie grown organically right in your backyard!

As a reminder to community members who come to pickup, the nursery stand is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, inventory is limited and not guaranteed! Service starts at 2 PM!
