Urban Tilth is inviting the Richmond Community to Celebrate Spring with free fruit trees, compost and root guard baskets giveaway. LET’S MAKE the Richmond community even more beautiful.

2023 Fruit Tree Giveaway locations:

Verde Elementary School / 2000 Giaramita St, North Richmond

Community Gardens / 6th Street And Ohio Ave, Richmond Greenway Trail

Unity Park Community Plaza / 1605 Ohio AVE, RICHMOND GREENWAY Trail

One tree per household

First-come, first-served

We do not reserve trees

Richmond residents prioritized  

Saturday, March 11th

10 AM -12 pm or until all trees are gone!

For this year’s Annual Fruit Tree Giveaway, Urban Tilth would like to provide additional support to Richmond senior and disabled residents. If you require a special accommodation, please tell us how we can support you. Only the first 30 Richmond Residents that first fill out the Giveaway Special Accommodations Form will get a tree. All the requests should be submitted before March 8th.
