HAPPY FULL MOON & FIRST DAY OF OCTOBER!
We got some cool things going on in the garden today… we checked on the milkweed and got a lovely surprise! Monarch caterpillars are back and better, we counted 4! Super grateful and excited to take care of these babies for the next weeks.

When we walked into the garden this morning the lovely hibiscus plant was ready to bloom and we didn’t think she’d bloom right in front of our eyes AND SHE DID! Look at how beautiful and elegant she showed up for this full moon and a new month! Wanted to also show y’all our caléndula plant coming up while still holding on to her seed. She is so excited!
We’ve been dedicating time to grow more flowers and build relationship with pollinators to build a friendly environment for all of our tiny friends.
Stay tuned because we will be seeding more flowers/herbs for our sites & highlighting them to inspire our community to grow NOT just food in their gardens.
