After eight months of learning, stewarding, cooking, and exploring, the fellows completed the program and marked the milestone with a celebration attended by Urban Tilth staff, family, friends, and collaborators.

Reflections from the graduating class included statements such as:
“The farm is one of the only places where I’ve felt like I could truly be myself.”

Throughout the fellowship, participants completed more than 600 hours of training, earned three certifications, joined thirteen field trips, and took part in multiple cross-collaboration days. They built strong professional networks and are well-positioned for the next steps in their journeys.
