Ashley Johnson is a Richmond Ca native who began her Human resources career 6 years ago after noticing the unfair acts in the workplace, before joining Urban Tilth Ashley worked in many non-profits helping the young, old, physically, and mentally disabled get the care they needed. She joined Urban Tilth in August 2022. She is a proud Richmond girl dedicated to Richmond’s growth and development!
