We planted lupin, corn, radishes, potatoes, and beans with them. Also shared seeds for them to grow and take with them. This week we harvested an abundance of Mellisa officinalis, also known as Torinjil or lemon balm. This is a plant that supports a lot of us in offering calm and soothing presence.
