We had a great time at the Contra Costa Watershed Symposium today, which featured UT’s Doria Robinson and Solwazi Allah as speakers/panelists. Yesterday, we were so grateful to spend some time on Garrity Creek with our friends at Sogorea Te’ Land Trust , which helped us expand our perspective on land stewardship practices in our neighbor watershed. Last week, planting season began at Wildcat Creek in North Richmond, and these early rains will help these new plants get acclimated in their new homes. We also had a beekeeping demo on site at the North Richmond Farm. Check out the photos below!
