College Track FirstGen students had an enriching experience this past Friday at The North Richmond Farm. They started the day with an insightful farm tour, learning about sustainable agriculture. The students then actively contributed to breaking ground on the Nabeta Farm by building crop beds for heirloom seed preservation. The day continued with the delicate task of transplanting seedlings and nurturing the potential of new life. Their hands-on involvement and dedication to sustainability made this visit a genuinely transformative and rewarding one.
