Dover Elementary students visit the Urban Agriculture Academy!
The students from our class have been prepping to host 64 4th grade students from Dover elementary school for their 3rd annual field trip to the Richmond High Garden!
The students set up 5 stations including the following:
Salad Making
Lemonade Making
Guess the fruit game
Harvesting potatoes/carrots
Scavenger Hunt
We also had an AdamsCrest Farm staff member Marvin Parra come by and screenprint some dope posters 
The kids came in scared of high school but after having conversations with our high schoolers they left excited to come back and take the Urban Agriculture class
We’re honored to be able to inspire young kids to garden and grow food! It’s a wonderful feeling!
