Harvesting Knowledge at the Verde Partnership Garde

As the year wraps up, we’re excited to share some updates from the Verde Partnership Garden. Many of our plants have started producing, and we’ve been saving seeds from this year’s harvest. It’s been especially exciting to see some crops naturally reseeding themselves, particularly our native plants.

In the classroom, students have been learning about Earth’s natural cycles, including the water cycle, seasonality, and the differences between dormant and fruit-bearing trees. As the weather cools, they’ll continue to observe the changes in the garden.

There are just a few weeks left before winter break, and our Verde Superstars are making the most of it. We look forward to what’s to come in the new year!

Thank you for your continued support!
