At Verde partnership garden we have been taking a pause to be in awe of the beauty around us through the practice of working with colours and creating. We have been drawing plants and our muse Eric the rooster- who came to visit for the day!
Ms. Meza also guided us in teaching us how to make paper flowers, which were then adorned in students’ arms and hair! Many classrooms also have swallowtail caterpillars and chrysalises where youth are observing their transformation.
We hope everyone takes a pause to notice something beautiful around them and that we all are inspired to create.
