Today’s Rudy Lozito Fellowship cooking demo was an absolute blast with guest Head Chef Paul (Rudy’s Dad) and Sous Chef Tim!
Together, we whipped up a culinary masterpiece: refreshing gazpacho soup with crunchy croutons, vibrant orzo pasta and zoodles tossed in flavorful pesto, and the most refreshing watermelon mint juice. All featuring cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, mint, basil, and curly kale, freshly picked from our farm-now that’s real farm-to-table goodness! We shared food, laughter, and heartwarming stories, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Big thanks to Paul and Tim for making this day so special!
