Today the Greenway Summer apprentices suited up at Marshall’s Honey Farm. It was fun learning about honey bees and honey farming. The importance of bees as a source of medicine and life was reflected. The impact bees have on our food system is beyond care. Thank you Spencer for your hospitality and sharing of knowledge. The free plant stands at Unity Park and 4th St along the Greenway held Lettuce, peppers and collards!
