Planting
- In 2023, you helped us plant the rain gardens on Fred Jackson Way.
- This year (2024), you helped us with the straw and clay insulation for our Watershed Workshop and planted lavender and yarrow along our History Walk.
- In 2025, on Dr. King Day, we invite you to plant in Dr. Henry Clark Plaza and our orchard and crop row classrooms. (Our Watershed Team and North Richmond Farm Collective will lead us in this effort.)
Artistry
After planting, we invite you to enjoy great music by DJ Darrell Davis, nibble on the delicious eats by Chef Ayesha, and take in the gifted artistry of Sonjay Odds, Donte Clark, Isabella Walker, and Anjaleeah Golson.
Special Thanks to Our Young Artist
In continuing to support our local community’s gifts and talents, we thank Lathel Douglas for providing us with the artwork for our t-shirts, the zine, and flier for this event.
