Coop Cafe Series

Join our partner Cooperation Richmond for this month’s Co-op Cafe will feature Adrionna Fike, one of the co-owners of Mandela Grocery Co-op in Oakland, Ca, to discuss a day in the life of a worker owner. 

The Co-op Cafes, are a rich and culturally relevant series of Cooperative Business events designed by and for Richmond and West Contra Costa County residents. The Co-op Cafe series will encourage and inspire you to deepen your pursuit of cooperative development through safe and open discussions with existing cooperative worker owners, advocates and consultants. The Cafe’s will offer opportunities for West County Residents to meet one-on-one and workshop their business ideas with Cooperation Richmond Project Managers, after the keynote. Cooperation Richmond is a technical assistance provider and cooperative loan fund committed to building a movement that uplifts historically marginalized Richmond residents through non-extractive investment that centers people and the planet over profit.
