Accessibility and Mobility

We want all guests to feel comfortable and supported while celebrating with us at the North Richmond Farm. Below you’ll find important details about parking, accessibility, interpreter services, and what to wear to make the most of the evening.

Parking Guidelines

Free Valet Parking: All cars will be parked in a secure lot, by Valet, near the event.

Accessible Parking

We’re happy to share that valet service will be available for the event! Please arrive at the farm at 323 Brookside Drive, Richmond CA.

Mobility

We’re committed to making our 20th Anniversary celebration as accessible and welcoming as possible. The most frequently used areas of the event site support guests with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs. From the main entrance on Fred Jackson Way, you’ll find brick and concrete walkways, while our History Walk also features solid brick and concrete surfaces. The Crop Row pathways are covered with ADA-compliant engineered woodchips for easier movement across the farm.

The main dinner area features a foam floor and designated accessible seating to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all. One restroom area will be ADA-accessible, equipped with a ramp, wide stalls, and grab bars. It will be located just outside the dining tent, near the greenhouse.

Please refer to the map at the beginning of the page, where all ADA pathways are highlighted in pink.

Interpreter Servies

We will have Spanish interpreters for the dinner announcements.

Dress Code

The theme of the night is Farm Chic, but please dress however you feel most comfortable!

The majority of the event will be held outside around the farm, with the dinner programming happening within a large tent. We don’t recommend stiletto heels or open-toed shoes. Local weather that time of year tends to be dry and mild, but layers are never a bad idea!

Silent Auction

As part of our anniversary celebration, we’re excited to host a special silent auction filled with one-of-a-kind experiences and treasures, all in support of Urban Tilth’s next 20 years of growth.

Bid on unforgettable items such as:
