The City of Richmond, Urban Tilth, and Republic Services invites the Richmond community to 6th Street Community Garden on the Greenway on August 9th, 2025, at 10 AM for a fun volunteer day of beautifying the neighborhood.
After the clean-up event, we will learn about properly sorting waste, exploring available recycling resources, and composting skills. Meet your neighbors, help create a beautiful space, and learn recycling and composting skills, on the Greenway.
Please come prepared in work clothes, with covered shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and a lot of good energy to share with the Richmond community.
La Ciudad de Richmond, Urban Tilth y Republic Services invitan a la comunidad de Richmond al Jardín Comunitario de la Calle 6 en la Vía Verde (Greenway) el 9 de agosto de 2025 a las 10:00 a.m. para un divertido día de voluntariado embelleciendo el vecindario.
Después del evento de limpieza, aprenderemos a separar correctamente los residuos, exploraremos los recursos de reciclaje disponibles y desarrollaremos habilidades de compostaje. Conoce a tus vecinos, ayuda a crear un espacio hermoso y aprende sobre reciclaje y compostaje en la Vía Verde.
Te pedimos que vengas con ropa de trabajo, zapatos cerrados, sombrero, bloqueador solar y mucha energía positiva para compartir con la comunidad de Richmond.
