North Richmond Farm 4th Saturday Volunteer Day
Join us for our 4th Saturday Monthly Volunteer Day at the farm!
This is a hands-on community workday where volunteers come together to care for the land and help the farm thrive. Tasks vary depending on seasonal needs and may include cultivating and preparing beds, weeding, transplanting starts, sheet mulching, uprooting spent plants, harvesting crops, and seed saving. Whether you are new to farming or have experience, there is meaningful work for everyone to step into.
This volunteer day is also a chance to slow down, connect with the land, and work alongside neighbors in a shared effort to support local food systems and a healthier ecosystem.
Please bring a water bottle, a hat for sun protection, and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that can handle outdoor farm work.
