Grow, Play and Design Day Session 2 and Community Gardens Volunteer Day
Urban Tilth, CSWST2, FIERCE Advocates, and Richmond Library invite Richmond residents to a fun, hands-on community Design Session where your ideas will help shape the future of the Greenway Community Gardens.
Have you ever imagined an outdoor classroom or a space to play games along the Greenway? This is your chance to bring those ideas to life. Together, we’ll explore creative ways to transform the space into a vibrant, community-centered hub.
Dream it, design it… then help build it! Join us for Volunteer Day immediately after the design session! The first 20 Richmond residents who complete both the full design session and Volunteer Day will receive a special participation stipend.
Join us on June 13th, August 8th, and October 10th for an interactive Design Session focused on co-creating ideas for an outdoor classroom and community game space along the Richmond Greenway Trail. Your voice, creativity, and vision help shape a place for learning, play, and connection. Please wear sunscreen, layers, closed-toe shoes, and a hat for weather protection.
