 d FIERCE at the Richmond Greenway on April 11\, 2026 from 10AM–1PM!\n\
 nThis immersive workshop will guide participants through harvesting\, pr
 ocessing\, and preparing herbal teas using fresh\, garden-grown plants l
 ike lemon balm and mint. Together\, we’ll explore refreshing cold-brew
  tea techniques and learn how to confidently turn the herbs we grow into
  everyday wellness practices.\n\nWhat to expect:\n• A guided plant med
 itation (“plant sit”) to slow down and build connection\n• Mindful
  harvesting of seasonal herbs straight from the garden\n• A live cold-
 brew herbal tea demonstration\n• Hands-on blending and preparation fro
 m harvest to cup\n• Exploration of creative herbal uses beyond just dr
 inking tea\n• Community connection in a welcoming\, beginner-friendly 
 space\n\nWhat to bring:\n• A reusable water bottle or jar (if you’d 
 like to take tea home)\n• Sun protection (hat\, sunscreen)\n• Comfor
 table clothes for being outdoors\n• An open heart and curiosity\nWe'll
  also roll up our sleeves\, clean our green spaces\, connect with neighb
